- Never put a wooden cutting or charcuterie board in the dishwasher.
- Never soak a wooden cutting or charcuterie board in water.
- Wash with dish soap and water, just don’t soak it for a long time.
- Dry on edge with airflow to both sides.
- Store on edge with airflow to both sides.
- When the board feels dry condition it with something like Howard Butcher Block Conditioner
